Heliotropia Qi November Saturday Afternoons

A$150.00

Please join me for five Saturday afternoon classes in November!

I am offering a late afternoon class each week at 4.30pm for the month of November. This will be a mini Qi Gong course and learning materials will be provided each week.

I only take six students at a time so the experience is personalised and intimate. We practice in a home studio surrounded by a garden and when weather permits we practise outside.

I am so looking forward to being with you!

Calming our nervous system is absolutely essential in the modern world.

Qi Gong is an ancient and highly effective way to do this each day.

For close to five thousand years, Qi Gong has been a foundational pillar of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Qi means energy or life force. Gong means steady practice or cultivation.  Qi Gong is an embodied way of being.

As much as possible, we want to align ourselves with the pace of nature in order to stay in homeostasis.

Qi Gong is a series of slow, intentional standing forms derived from observing, and being one with nature.

Done in a standing position, it connects mind, body and breath in deliberate, differentiated movement.

Qi Gong is highly accessible to all people of all ages and abilities.

Please reach out with any questions you may have and please read the attached terms and conditions.

Lisa Barker is an accredited Qi Gong Instructor and Positive Psychology Practitioner based in Victoria, Australia.
